Candidate Requirement
Graduated in any discipline

Roles and Responsibilities :
Manage end-to-end student registration and application process, ensuring
eligibility, deadlines, and a thorough interview process.
Counsel students, handle inbound / outbound calls, follow-ups, and convert
leads to enrolments.
Achieve set targets for admissions, fee collection, and lead conversions.
Maintain accurate data, CRM updates, and provide daily / weekly / monthly
reports.
Build strong student rapport until orientation and resolve queries promptly.
Coordinate with team / tele-counsellors and ensure smooth workflow.
Participate in workshops, events, and travel as required.
Take up additional tasks assigned by management.
