Commercial Real Estate Asset Manager

This is a remote position.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Property Management Business Administration or related field.
  
• Proven experience of 5 years in asset management property management or a related field.
  
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
  
• Excellent communication negotiation and vendor management abilities.
  
• Proficiency in budget management and financial reporting.
  
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  
• Familiarity with Yardi local building codes and safety regulations is a plus.
  

Candidate Should Possess:

A minimum of 3 years professional experience in property management in Yardi is required. Advanced experience reading and interpreting leases and related documents as well as financial information contained in accounting software spreadsheets financial statements etc. required.

Expert-level proficiency working with Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) required.
