Retention Marketing Director (Part-time)

Mipikita is looking for a strategic and data-driven Retention Marketing Director to lead our customer lifecycle strategy and strengthen long-term user loyalty. This part-time role is ideal for a results-oriented marketer with strong expertise in CRM, email automation, loyalty programs, cohort analysis, and customer engagement across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and oversee retention, loyalty, and lifecycle marketing strategies to drive repeat purchases and increase customer LTV.
  • Build, optimize, and segment automated customer journeys across email, SMS, in-app, and other engagement channels.
  • Analyze customer cohorts, churn patterns, behavior signals, and retention metrics to identify high-impact opportunities.
  • Own CRM strategy, including segmentation, personalization, frequency optimization, and deliverability best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with product, performance marketing, and creative teams to ensure consistent messaging across the customer journey.
  • Lead A / B testing initiatives for messaging, incentives, user flows, and lifecycle campaigns.
  • Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to communicate retention performance, insights, and recommendations to leadership.
  • Manage loyalty program strategy, win-back flows, VIP segments, and high-value customer engagement tactics.

Requirements :

  • 5+ years of experience in Retention Marketing, CRM, or Lifecycle Marketing (preferably in e-commerce, SaaS, or D2C).
  • Strong expertise with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms (Klaviyo, HubSpot, Braze, Iterable, etc.).
  • Deep understanding of user segmentation, behavior-based triggers, and lifecycle communication mapping.
  • Proven experience improving retention, repeat purchase rate, and customer LTV.
  • Ability to interpret data, build insights, and use analytics tools (GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Creative mindset, strong ownership, and a passion for building long-term customer relationships.
  • Available for part-time, remote-friendly work.
