Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and data-driven Ads Manager with at least 2 years of experience in managing and optimizing paid ad campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, creative ad copywriting abilities, and a proven track record of delivering high ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and budget allocation to maximize campaign performance.
- Create compelling ad creatives and copy in collaboration with the design and content teams.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and implement optimization strategies.
- Conduct A / B testing on creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies to improve results.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
- Manage ad budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI.
Having a laptop is mandatory.
