We are hiring Oracle HCM Reporting for a permanent role with Wipro.

Role : Oracle HCM Reporting

Skill : BIP, OTBI, Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management.

Location - Bengaluru

Experience : 7 - 13 Years

Working mode - Hybrid

Notice : Immediate to 30 Days

MUST HAVE SKILLSET :

1. BIP AND OTBI Reporting tools

2. Modules : Implemented complex reports for CoreHR, Payroll, Absence Management

Target Orgs : Oracle, Big 4 9(Deloitte, PWC, E&Y, KPMG, Drive Stream)

1. The candidate should have minimum 8-10 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, and should have experience on Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, preferably large-scale implementations

2. The candidate should have at least 5 years’ experience working in Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional areas, and worked on 2 or more end to end Fusion HCM implementation projects

3. The candidate should have good understanding in Oracle Fusion HCM functionality of Core –HR (Must have) / Absence / Payroll (Must have) / Performance and Goal management Modules

4. The candidate should have very good experience in BIP reporting, OTBI reporting, Data Migrations, HCM Extracts and Fast Formulas.

5. The candidate should have hands on experience in BIP reporting Area as Primary Skill and understanding about Zellis HCM application.

6. The candidate must be open to learn and work on other application like Zellis also (Zellis works on SQL in backend so the business process will be similar to Oracle, just the report writing will be done differently using new tools)

7. The candidate should have very good experience in developing HCM Extracts in Fusion HCM

8. The candidate should have very good experience working in various module based Fast Formulas in Fusion HCM for Absence, Payroll, Compensation and Performance and Goal management Modules

9. The candidate should have experience in data migration from various legacy applications using Oracle HCM Cloud data loaders (HDL / HSDL) and Fusion HCM APIs

10. The candidate should have strong knowledge, understanding and hands on experience in various Fusion HCM business objects and components available in HDL and HSDL

11. The candidate should have proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities in Fusion HCM Technical areas

12. The candidate should have uunderstanding on Oracle HCM Cloud release process and impact assessments.

13. The candidate should be able to follow change management and change control processes

14. The candidate should possess a team and customer service provision orientation

15. The candidate should have experience working in Agile teams

16. The candidate should be self-motivated and self-directed abilities to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment when there is no right answer and aligning with "time-critical" deadlines

17. The candidate should adhere to best practices in support & maintenance model to meet best of the SLAs

18. The candidate should ensure user stories are complete prior to their sprints & team executes the right checks, reviews, and tests to continuously drive improvement in quality of deliverables.
