Chief Data Architect

We are seeking a seasoned Data Engineering leader to join our team. This is a pivotal role in shaping the data architecture and driving client success.

• Responsibilities :
• Bulk up a holistic roadmap for data warehouse offerings
• Tackle complex data modeling issues
• Guarantee smooth feature delivery
• Apply cutting-edge data solutions
• Requirements :
• More than 10 years of experience in Data Engineering, with at least 4 years leading teams
• Premier coding expertise : Python, JVM, Shell scripting with production-grade experience
• At least 5 years in cloud-native, data-intensive applications with mandatory AWS expertise
• A proven track record in data warehouse design & development using modern DW tools
• Familiarity with Databricks and dbt (mandatory)
• Expertise in workflow orchestration (Airflow)
• Strong experience building & maintaining Spark applications
• Deep knowledge of file formats : Parquet, Delta Lake, OTFs
• Proficiency in building CI / CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or ArgoCD)
• Solid understanding of unit testing & test automation frameworks
• Preferred Skills :
• A grasp of containerization using Docker / Kubernetes
• Hands-on experience with IaC tools (Terraform, CDK, or CloudFormation)
• Exposure to observability systems (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana)
