Position : Commercial Real Estate Sourcing Specialist (Mumbai)

Location : Mumbai

Work Mode : Full-time, On-site (5 days a week)

Experience : 2+ Years

Salary Range : ₹6 LPA — ₹9 LPA based on experience & capability

Role Overview : -

As a Commercial Real Estate Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, visiting, and evaluating commercial office properties across various micro-markets of Mumbai based on client and company requirements. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the field, building relationships, understanding market dynamics, and representing a premium commercial real estate brand.

Key Responsibilities : -

Visit and survey commercial properties across Mumbai’s business clusters

Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers & operators

Collect accurate property details (pricing, availability, amenities, compliance, photos / videos)

Maintain structured data in CRM & internal inventory systems

Collaborate closely with business, sales & client servicing teams

Represent LogiSpace with professionalism & confidence at all times

Requirements : -

Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi

Strong interpersonal skills, confident personality & refined grooming

Comfortable with extensive on-ground travel & client-ready presentation

Prior experience in commercial property sourcing with at least 2 - 3 years of experience in Andheri or BKC or Lower Parel or Worli micromarket

Self-driven, committed, ethical and eager to learn
