Role & Responsibility :

• Design, develop, and deploy reusable Lex AI modules tailored to both immediate and future business needs.
• Ensure all deployments are secure, scalable, and compliant with AWS architectural best practices.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners on platform enhancements.
• Provide mentorship and hands-on knowledge transfer to build in-house engineering capabilities.
• Support the evolution of Lex-based AI implementations from POC to production-grade solutions.
• Document code, processes, and solution architecture to support ongoing maintenance and knowledge sharing.
