Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Sourcing Executive to support sourcing operations for multiple celebrity-led brands. The candidate will be responsible for vendor identification, factory visit, supplier negotiations, product development coordination, and market research to ensure seamless procurement, cost optimization, and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

 Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors and suppliers (domestic & international)

 Manage vendor relationships, including negotiation, performance tracking, and compliance

 Coordinate sample development, approvals, and production timelines

 Conduct detailed market research on product categories, pricing, trends, and competitor offerings

 Prepare and present sourcing reports, cost comparisons, and product recommendations

 Collaborate with internal teams (design, marketing, operations) to ensure procurement aligns with brand goals

 Maintain and update sourcing-related databases and documentation

 Monitor supplier lead times, quality checks, and ensure timely delivery of goods

Requirements

 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Apparel Production, or related fields

 1–3 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or vendor management (preferred in fashion / consumer goods)

 Strong research, negotiation, and analytical skills

 Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and other reporting tools

 Excellent communication and relationship management skills (written and verbal)

 Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

 Interest in fashion, lifestyle, and consumer brands is highly desirable
