AI Developer - Transformers (2 – 6 Years)

Experience : 3 to 5 years

Location : Remote

Mode of Engagement : Full-time

No of Positions : 4

Educational Qualification : B.E. / B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech in Computer Science, AI / ML, or related field

Industry : IT – AI / ML Services

Notice Period : Immediate Joiner

What We Are Looking For :

  • 3–5years of experience in AI / ML with hands-on exposure to LLMs and agentic AI development.
  • Strong Python programming background for building AI workflows, APIs, and integrations.
  • Experience with agentic AI frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or AutoGen.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in remote and fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities :

  • Design and build advanced LLM-driven agentic systems with memory, multi-step planning, and tool invocation capabilities.
  • Implement Model Context Protocol (MCP) patterns to coordinate LLMs with APIs, scrapers, and microservices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate problem statements into intelligent automation flows.
  • Maintain clean, scalable code and contribute to production-ready pipelines with Docker, FastAPI, and Git.
  • Stay updated with the latest innovations in LLM reasoning, agent architectures, and open-source tools.

    • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s or master's in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in AI / ML or backend engineering roles, with recent focus on LLM-based systems.
  • Strong understanding of LLM prompting, tool chaining, memory management, and agent planning frameworks (e.g., ReAct, Tree of Thought).
  • Familiar with containerization (Docker), REST APIs, and version control systems (Git).
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
