- Supply Chain & Logistics Management
- Ensure timely availability of inventory across all markets.
- Coordinate logistics operations to ensure seamless delivery and stock movement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Customer Success
- Liaise with technical and operations teams to promptly resolve customer issues.
- Coordinate with product promoters to boost on-ground sales performance.
- Sales & Profitability Management
- Track and maintain positive EBITDA for each sales channel.
- Recommend strategies for revenue growth and cost optimization.
- Marketing & Brand Building
- Contribute to the development of branding and promotional strategies.
- Manage digital marketing initiatives to increase product visibility and engagement.
- Pricing Strategy & Competitive Analysis
- Benchmark product pricing against competitors.
- Recommend data-driven pricing models to ensure market competitiveness and profitability.
