Data Analyst

We are looking for a Content Automation Specialist with strong Python and Data Engineering skills to help streamline and scale our content operations. This role focuses on automating workflows, managing large content libraries, and building tools that make content delivery faster and more efficient.

Key Responsibilities

Content Processing & Delivery

1. Build and maintain pipelines for processing and delivering video and digital content.

2. Ensure smooth handling of client-specific content requirements.

Content Inventory Management

1. Maintain dashboards and inventories of processed and live content.

2. Identify content gaps and provide insights to guide sourcing priorities.

Process Automation & Efficiency

1. Develop scripts for automated quality checks (e.g., missing metadata, duplicates, formatting issues).

2. Create tools to accelerate repetitive tasks such as renaming, tagging, and formatting.

3. Set up automated alerts and triggers for content workflows.

4. Standardize metadata, tags, and naming conventions across content pipelines.

Reporting & Analytics

1. Build dashboards and reports to track processing status, approvals, and live content.

2. Analyze content coverage to identify underrepresented regions or categories.

Collaboration & Strategic Impact

1. Work closely with sourcing and content teams to translate gaps into actionable requirements.

2. Provide client-ready reporting on processed and published content.

3. Pilot scalable solutions and integrate AI-driven tools for tasks like auto-tagging or transcription.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Python and SQL for data handling and automation.
• Hands-on experience with Airflow or other workflow orchestration tools.
• Experience working with cloud services (preferably AWS stack).
• Experience designing dashboards and reporting systems (Looker Studio, Grafana).
• Bonus : Experience with AI / ML-driven use cases for auto-tagging, transcription, or content enrichment
• Familiarity with managing large-scale digital content libraries (video / image assets preferred).
• Detail-oriented with the ability to spot inconsistencies and gaps.
• Strong problem-solving and operational mindset — able to own end-to-end processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
