Job Title : Platform Support Engineer for AI Solutions | Experience : 3-5 Years
About the Role :
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Platform Support Engineer to join our team, supporting cutting-edge AI-based solutions. This role is vital in ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of our AI platforms and services. You will collaborate closely with engineering, data science, and product teams to troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and deliver exceptional support.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support for AI platforms, tools, and services across development, staging, and production environments
- Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability using observability tools (e.G., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to infrastructure, APIs, data pipelines, and model deployment
- Collaborate with DevOps and Engineering teams to implement automation, CI / CD pipelines, and infrastructure improvements
- Maintain documentation for support processes, known issues, and resolutions
- Ensure compliance with security and data governance policies
- Participate in on-call rotations and incident response activities
- Assist in onboarding new users and teams to the AI platform
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field3+ years of experience in platform support, DevOps, or system administrationStrong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)Experience with AI / ML workflows, model deployment, and data pipelines is a plusProficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.)Familiarity with monitoring and logging toolsExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
