Role : Data Analytics
We are looking for a candidate with 4+ years of experience to join the Data & Customer Journeys team in a hands-on, operational capacity as a Data Reporting & Analytics Expert , with a specific focus on TV applications and broadband devices .
The candidate will be responsible for streamlining tracking and reporting across multiple central products and digital properties. This includes :
- Defining and owning the roadmap for enabling tracking across applications and devices
- Preparing, automating, and scheduling senior management reports
- Supporting product and marketing teams with ad-hoc reporting and data needs
The candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely data availability for all stakeholders, and will work closely with team members to generate insights critical to project success.
Additionally, the role involves collaborating with local market teams to help them set up data measurement platforms and support them with ad-hoc reporting requirements.
This is primarily an individual contributor role that requires strong ownership of reporting and analysis tasks. The candidate will also work with product and technology teams to enhance the reporting infrastructure, and partner with local reporting and analytics teams to strengthen their data capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Tracking & Data Model Governance
Own and standardize tracking methodologies across projects to ensure a harmonized data model.Develop comprehensive tagging guides for various applications and projects.Collaborate with technology teams to implement tagging as per defined specifications.Conduct thorough testing of new features and functionalities to validate correct tagging implementation.2. Reporting Ownership
Create, automate, and distribute daily reports to key stakeholders.Set up and maintain reporting infrastructure to support upcoming project releases and enhancements.3. Ad-hoc Analysis & Insights
Partner with product and marketing teams to analyse product performance and campaign effectiveness.Identify customer behaviour trends and insights that can support growth teams in achieving business objectives at scale.Required Skill Sets
Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Python .Experience with cloud-based data warehouses such as Redshift, Snowflake , or similar.Working knowledge of visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio , etc.Strong business acumen with the ability to understand KPIs and interpret performance metrics.Prior experience in telecommunications or digital organizations is an advantage.Understanding of telco products, services, and related metrics is preferred.Exposure to CRM systems and / or automated marketing tools is a plus.Experience using online analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Firebase, Mixpanel , etc., is desirable.
