Job description

Job Summary :

  • Responsible for helping patients develop, recover, and improve the skills needed for daily living and working.
  • Focused on providing personalized therapeutic interventions to enhance independence and quality of life.
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities :

Assessment & Planning :

  • Assess patients' physical, emotional, and developmental conditions.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to patients needs and goals.

    • Therapy & Intervention :

  • Provide occupational therapy sessions aimed at improving motor skills, coordination, and daily functioning.
  • Recommend adaptive equipment and modifications to support independence.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on therapy exercises and at-home strategies.

    • Collaboration & Coordination :

  • Work closely with physiotherapists, speech therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Coordinate care to ensure a holistic approach to rehabilitation.

    • Documentation :

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of patient assessments, treatments, and progress.
  • Ensure adherence to clinical standards, documentation protocols, and confidentiality guidelines.

    • Training & Awareness :

  • Participate in community or internal awareness sessions as needed.
  • Stay updated with the latest therapeutic practices and rehabilitation techniques.
