The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering end-to-end implementations, enhancements, and support for global client, ensuring seamless onboarding experiences and integration across modules.Key Responsibilities : Implementation & Project Delivery

• Lead and deliver full-cycle implementations of  SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 , including configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Integrate  ONB 2.0  with  RCM  and  EC , ensuring data consistency and process alignment.
• Design and configure custom onboarding workflows, panels, and business rules.
• Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for ONB 2.0, RCM, and EC modules.
