ROLE SUMMARY

The Sales and Marketing Manager / Senior Manager will be responsible for leading and developing the Brickwork Group Companies’ sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue, increase market share, and enhance the brand.

Key responsibilities include conducting market analysis, building relationships with key clients and partners, developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to achieve sales targets, expanding into new markets, and establishing a strong digital media presence and branding, as well as driving PR initiatives for the group companies. The role involves close coordination and collaboration with business development teams, the leadership, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a strategic, analytical, and results-driven leader with strong executive communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills. The candidate should be willing to travel Pan India to develop strategic partners and prospects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Market Analysis, Strategic Planning, and Brand Enhancement :

Conduct in-depth market research, identify emerging trends, and analyse the competitive landscape to capitalise on new business opportunities.

Develop and evaluate advertising and promotional campaigns, webinars, and thought leadership events / conclaves to enhance brand value and market penetration.

Leverage data-driven insights to refine marketing efforts and drive sales growth.

Brand Enhancement :

• Conceptualise brand refresh and promote brand visibility by proactively redesigning collaterals / websites and SEO optimisation as necessary.
• Ensure Digital Media Presence - Manage all social media accounts (LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, etc.) with regular content creation and engagement
• Driving PR Initiatives - Work with PR agencies to generate article publication, speaking, and sound-byte opportunities for leadership across the Group companies.
• Attend conferences, trade shows, showcasing Brickwork Group Companies’ products / services through presentations and collaterals. Work on post-event reports and analysis to improve market presence and visibility.

EDUCATION :

A master’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
