1. Administrative & Operational Support :
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external F&B inquiries.
- Assist in creating staff schedules,
- Manage departmental correspondence, including emails, memos, and purchase orders.
- Maintain and organize all F&B-related files, menus, and documentation.
2. Inventory & Supply Chain Management :
Monitor inventory levels for food, beverages, and non-consumable supplies.Place orders with suppliers, negotiate prices, and ensure timely delivery.Conduct regular stock takes and reconcile inventory records.Check received goods for quality and quantity, resolving any discrepancies with suppliers.Assist in controlling costs and minimizing waste through effective inventory practices.3. Event & Catering Coordination :
Support the planning and execution of banquets, conferences, and special events.Liaise with the sales and events team to understand client requirements (BEOs - Banquet Event Orders).Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure event details are accurately communicated and executed.Assist with setting up event spaces and ensuring all F&B elements are in place.4. Menu & Quality Control :
Assist in the development, costing, and updating of menus.Help ensure all food and beverage offerings comply with company standards and brand guidelines.Support quality control checks on food presentation, portion sizes, and service delivery.Gather and report customer feedback to the management team for continuous improvement.5. Customer Service & Communication :
Handle customer complaints or special requests related to F&B in a professional manner.Foster clear and effective communication between the front-of-house and back-of-house teams.May assist in training new F&B staff on procedures and service standards.Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
