Job Title : Founder's Executive Office
About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and highly organized professional to join Prolite as part of the Founder's Executive Office. This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You'll work closely with leadership, acting as a trusted partner to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and support key decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Communication & Correspondence
- Serve as the first point of contact for calls, emails, and communication on behalf of the Director.
- Draft, edit, and review reports, presentations, and key documents.
- Ensure timely and professional responses.
- Project Assistance
- Support ongoing projects by gathering information, tracking progress, and coordinating with stakeholders.
- Conduct research and provide analysis for decision-making.
- Write content for various aspects for the director including Social Media, whenever required.
- Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, and meetings.
- Prioritize tasks for optimal time management.
- Schedule and prepare agendas, take minutes, and track action items.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for smooth execution.
- Process expense reports and maintain budget records.
- Confidentiality & Documentation
- Handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Maintain accurate, secure, and organised records.
- Travel Arrangements
- Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries and logistics.
- Ad-hoc Support
- Take on additional responsibilities to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years of experience.Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in MS Office, G-Suite, scheduling tools, and document management systems.Strong professionalism, confidentiality, and business etiquette.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).Research and Content writing capabilitiesWhy Join Us
