Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports for real estate projects.
• Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support decision-making.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
• Assist in budgeting and financial planning for real estate investments.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards in real estate accounting.
• Conduct audits and prepare for external audit reviews as required.
• Collaborate with the finance team to develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
