Job descriptionDesired Experience Range : 6 - 8 Location of Requirement : PAN India Azure Certification Working experience on Azure communication service and APIs Develop and implement a custom service desk application using Azure Communication Services Integrate voice, video, chat, and SMS functionalities into the service desk application Proven experience with Azure Communication Services and other Azure cloud services Strong proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .NET, or JavaScript, Python Proficiency in developing and integrating RESTful APIs to enable communication between different components of the application Understanding of core services like voice, video, chat, SMS, email, and telephony Familiarity with Azure Communication Services SDKs and REST APIs
