We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Channel Sales & Marketing Manager to strengthen and expand our distribution network while ensuring strong brand visibility and superior customer experience. This role involves close coordination with senior management, authorized dealers, distributors, and third-party sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

Channel & Sales Development

  • Work closely with senior leadership, company-authorized dealers, distributors, and third-party sales force.
  • Develop and strengthen the distribution network across the assigned territory.
  • Achieve and exceed predefined sales targets (Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly).
  • Explore and develop new avenues to increase market share.
  • Drive field sales force engagement, development, and retention.

Brand & Marketing Initiatives

  • Enhance brand visibility and product awareness through strategic marketing interventions.
  • Facilitate and implement brand guidelines across all promotional campaigns, including digital platforms.
  • Support channel partners with marketing, rolling stock, and aftersales strategies.
  • Ensure delivery of exceptional customer experience and service.
  • Market Intelligence & Analysis

  • Collect, analyze, and report market intelligence to support strategic management decisions.
  • Track, measure, and report KPIs including sales performance, customer claims, e-warranty data, and referral metrics.
  • Key Deliverables

  • Achievement of sales volume and value targets.
  • Generation of new distributors, business partners, and OEM dealers.
  • Establishment and growth of repeat and referral customer base.
  • Comprehensive market analysis and timely submission of MIS reports.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Target vs. Achieved Sales (Volume & Value).
  • Number of new customers acquired (Distributors, Dealers, OEMs).
  • Growth in repeat and referral sales.
  • Customer claims resolution and e-warranty performance.
  • Sales growth trend (Last 12 Months – Rolling).
  • Requirements

    Required Skills & Attributes

  • Strong customer-centric approach with a result and achievement orientation.
  • Presentable personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on experience in both channel management and direct sales.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and promotional campaign execution.
  • Passionate about travel and connecting with people.
  • Educational Qualifications & Experience

  • Education :  MBA in Marketing (preferred).
  • Experience :  8–12 years in automotive sales (preferably in passenger cars and new car accessories).
  • Languages :  Proficiency in English, Hindi, and local language.
