Key Responsibilities :

Screening and Selection : Conduct candidate screenings and assessments to ensure they meet the job requirements and align with client expectations.

Job Matching : Match candidates with suitable job opportunities based on their skills, experience, and career goals.

Interview Coordination : Schedule and facilitate interviews between clients and candidates, ensuring smooth communication and logistics.

Offer Negotiation : Guide clients and candidates through the offer process, including salary negotiations and contract terms.

Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor practices to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.

Pipeline Development : Build and maintain a database of qualified candidates for future roles and opportunities.

Employer Branding : Promote The Golden Rise's brand to attract high-quality candidates and position the company as a top choice for recruitment solutions.

Metrics and Reporting : Track and analyze recruitment metrics, providing regular updates to management and clients.

Process Improvement : Continuously evaluate and refine recruitment strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition.

Strong client management and relationship-building skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in recruitment software and tools.

Ability to manage multiple clients and roles simultaneously.
