Oracle Functional Consultant

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Cloud PPM, Projects & Grants Management Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team for a full end-to-end implementation with a leading utility client. This role will be responsible for capturing requirements , design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle Cloud Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and Grants Management modules. The ideal candidate will bring strong functional expertise, technical acumen, and the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver a successful implementation aligned with industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Implementation & Solution Design

• Lead and support all phases of the Oracle Cloud ERP PPM and Grants Management implementation — including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, design, build, testing, training, and go-live.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Design and configure core PPM modules, including :
• Project Costing – project expenditures, labor costs, and asset capitalization
• Project Billing – revenue recognition, invoicing, and contract funding
• Project Financials Management – budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls
• Project Execution Management – resource allocation, scheduling, and progress tracking
• Grants Management – grant funding setup, compliance, and sponsor reporting
• Evaluate the impact of current Fusion ERP business processes and provide expert recommendations.
• Develop detailed solution documentation, including functional design, configuration workbooks, and process flows.
