Total Experience Range : 5- 12 years

Job Description :

Expertise in ITSM modules, workflows, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Spokes, and UI Builder.

Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, client-side & server-side, Glide API).

Experience in Service Portal development and customizations.

Good knowledge of CMDB data handling, bulk data imports, and transform maps.

Ability to work with clients to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

Experience in integrations with external systems.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

ServiceNow certification CSA is mandatory.

ServiceNow certifications CAD / CIS-ITSM are a plus.
