Job Summary :

Runmaap Global Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly skilled Fieldglass & Ariba Consultant with more than 7 years of experience in implementing and supporting SAP Fieldglass and SAP Ariba solutions. The candidate should have deep knowledge of procurement, vendor management, and contingent workforce processes, along with strong technical and functional expertise in integrating these platforms with SAP ECC / S4HANA and SuccessFactors .

Key Responsibilities :

• Implement, configure, and support SAP Fieldglass and SAP Ariba modules, including Contingent Workforce Management, Services Procurement, and Supplier Management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Design and manage integrations between Fieldglass, Ariba, SAP ECC / S4HANA, and SuccessFactors .
• Conduct system testing, UAT, and provide end-user training and post-go-live support.
• Troubleshoot functional and technical issues and deliver timely resolutions.
• Optimize procurement workflows and vendor management processes for operational efficiency.
• Prepare documentation, SOPs, and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with cross-functional global teams to ensure seamless implementation and support.
