Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of Invoice Register.
• Preparation of Cost Centre Report.
• Prepare Monthly Report (IT Team, Facility Team, Overall Spend Report).
• Monthly TDS workings Preparation & Quarterly TDS Filing.
• Monthly GST workings Preparation & GST Filing.
• Give Finance Clearance for Exit Employees.
• Labour Welfare Fund.
• Professional Tax.
• Overview of Petty Cash.
• Preparation of E-Way bill.
• Fixed Asset Serial Numbers workings on monthly basis.
• PF related queries.
• Sodexo / Pluxee Card queries / New card / Generate Invoice.
• Updating salary Advance / TAP Payment / Signon Bonus on monthly basis.
• Gratuity Form preparation / payment / Tally entries.
• Visit PF office / LIC office / LWF / Professional Tax / Banks / Director's House (Whenever if require).
• Support to Audit Team (Internal & Statutory Audit).
• Passing entries in Tally.
