Job Summary :

We are looking for a responsible and confident Calling Executive to manage all incoming and outgoing calls for Buzwide Technology Private Limited. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries, provide accurate information, maintain call records, and ensure smooth communication between customers, vendors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Handle all incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products, orders, and services.
  • Record and maintain call logs, feedback, and customer details.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Follow up on pending queries, leads, or customer requests.
  • Maintain a positive and polite tone during all interactions.
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports on call activities.

Requirements :

  • Minimum qualification : 12th pass or graduate in any stream.
  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM preferred).
  • Prior experience in customer service or telecalling will be an advantage.
  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Salary :

    As per industry standards.
