Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior MERN Stack Developer based in Pune, with flexibility for some work from home. The Senior MERN Stack Developer will work on end-to-end application development, focusing on the front-end, back-end, and database layers of projects. Responsibilities include designing, developing, testing, and deploying robust and secure web applications. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring code quality through reviews and adherence to best practices.

Qualifications

• Proficient in full-stack development using MongoDB, Express.Js, React.Js, and Node.Js (MERN stack).
• Experience with front-end development, including building user interfaces with React.Js and integrating APIs.
• Strong back-end development skills, including working with Node.Js, Express.Js, and implementing RESTful services.
• Knowledge of database design and management, particularly with MongoDB.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git, along with CI / CD pipelines.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and optimization skills for scalable applications.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively in hybrid teams.
• Additional qualifications such as experience with cloud platforms (e.G., AWS, Azure), familiarity with Agile methodologies, or a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field would be advantageous.
