As a HR Data Analyst Intern in our Culture, OD and DEIB team, you will be supporting in transforming data to decisions that influence HR strategies and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Gather HR-related data from various sources, including HRMS, surveys, and external benchmarks.
- Liaise with various entities for data inputs and data validation
- Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
- Highlight data trends and incongruities wherever necessary
- Develop and maintain HR metrics and KPIs to track the performance of HR programs and initiatives.
- Create clear and insightful reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for the team through MS Excel & MS PowerPoint
- Translate complex data findings into understandable and actionable insights
- Maintain a repository of the files with various version controls

Post Graduate or Graduate in any stream
