Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Frontend Engineer with strong expertise in React and Next.js to lead and shape our frontend architecture. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build high-performance, user-centric web applications that set benchmarks for usability and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the frontend architecture, design, and development of scalable web applications using React and Next.js .
  • Deliver clean, modular, and efficient code while maintaining scalability and performance.
  • Collaborate closely with UI / UX designers, backend engineers, and product managers to ensure seamless integration and user experience.
  • Integrate with RESTful APIs and gRPC / gRPC-Web services efficiently.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews , implement unit and integration tests , and ensure CI / CD compliance .
  • Drive adoption of best practices in accessibility, security, and performance optimization.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and code quality.

What You Bring

  • 4–7 years of experience in frontend development, with strong React expertise .
  • Hands-on experience in Next.js (SSR, ISR, routing, API routes).
  • Solid understanding of web fundamentals — HTTP, rendering, caching, and performance optimization.
  • Strong command of TypeScript , modern state management (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, etc.), and component libraries (Material UI, Chakra UI, or similar).
  • Experience writing and maintaining unit, integration, and E2E tests (Jest, Cypress, Playwright).
  • Familiarity with gRPC / gRPC-Web integrations (nice to have).
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to mentor peers and contribute to architectural decisions.
