Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior QA Automation Engineer with a strong background in Python, Robot Framework, and Telecom / OSS systems. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing and maintaining automation frameworks, validating complex orchestration flows, and ensuring the robustness of REST APIs within cloud-native environments.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Robot Framework and Python.
Perform validation and functional testing of REST APIs, backend services, and orchestration workflows.
Lead QA efforts in the Telecom / OSS domain, working closely with development and product teams.
Use Docker and Kubernetes for environment management and integration of automation pipelines.
Integrate test suites into CI / CD pipelines using GitLab and monitor results for continuous feedback.
Investigate test failures, analyze logs, and debug issues across distributed systems.
Utilize tools like Postman, Bruno, or Wiremock for service simulation and mocking.
Maintain documentation of test cases, test results, and automation best practices.
Collaborate in Agile / Scrum teams, actively participating in sprint planning and retrospectives.

Must-Have Skills :

8+ years of experience in QA Automation.

Strong proficiency in Python and Robot Framework.

Solid understanding of the Telecom domain (OSS / BSS, orchestration flows, etc.).

Hands-on experience testing RESTful APIs and backend systems.

Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and GitLab CI / CD.

Good debugging and troubleshooting skills.

Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and frameworks.

Good-to-Have Skills :

Experience with JMeter or k6 for performance / load testing.

Familiarity with Temporal, Postgres, Splunk, New Relic.

Experience using Postman, Bruno, or Wiremock for API testing.

Knowledge of Groovy scripting is a plus.
