Role Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented

CSR professional

to lead donor management and fundraising initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in building donor relationships, and the ability to design and execute impactful CSR strategies that align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and implement CSR strategies and fundraising plans to support organizational initiatives.

Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with donors, sponsors, and funding agencies.

Plan, coordinate, and execute fundraising campaigns, donor events, and CSR projects.

Maintain donor database and ensure timely communication, reporting, and acknowledgments.

Collaborate with internal teams to align CSR initiatives with the organization’s mission and objectives.

Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports for donors and stakeholders.

Monitor, evaluate, and report CSR project outcomes to ensure compliance and impact assessment.

Desired Candidate Profile :

Education : Graduate / Postgraduate in Social Work, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.

Experience : 5–7 years of relevant CSR, donor management, or fundraising experience.

Skills :

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

Proven track record in fundraising, donor engagement, or CSR program execution.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
