Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly experienced and polished Store Manager to lead operations at our premium Dhanmill location. The ideal candidate must come with strong exposure to luxury designer brands and a proven track record of driving sales, managing high-end clientele, and ensuring smooth store operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee daily store operations, ensuring a premium customer experience consistent with luxury brand standards.

Manage client interactions, handle walk-ins, VIP clients, and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Lead follow-ups on inquiries and leads to drive sales conversions .

Coordinate after-sales processes including alterations, delivery commitments, and customer satisfaction.

Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with designer brand guidelines.

Ensure inventory management, stock audits, and timely replenishment.

Build long-term relationships with high-value customers and stylists.

Manage store reporting, daily sales tracking, and performance analytics.

Candidate Requirements :

Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail or designer fashion stores.

Must have worked with renowned designer brands (big designers only).

Strong communication, client-handling, and sales negotiation skills.

Proven track record in lead follow-up and sales conversions.

Ability to handle high-pressure environments and meet aggressive targets.

Presentable, well-spoken, and aligned with luxury brand etiquette.
