Unique Wears Private Limited was established in 1992 . We have over 33 years of experience in woven and knitwear with our factories in India & China . Unique produces different kinds of items i.e. Casualwear , Streetwear and Hi Fashion garments for European market .

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sampling Merchandiser based in Delhi, India. The Sampling Merchandiser will be responsible for coordinating product sampling activities, managing customer interactions, and ensuring timely delivery of sample products. Additional responsibilities include working closely with the sales and marketing teams to understand client requirements, maintaining accurate records of sample inventory, and gathering customer feedback to improve products and services.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effective interaction with clients and internal teams
• Sales and Retail skills to support sample conversion into orders and enhance the customer experience
• Marketing skills to assist in aligning product samples with promotional strategies
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site, collaborative team environment
• Relevant experience in merchandise sampling, retail, or product promotion desirable
