Job Description : IT Procurement & Spend Analysis Specialist

Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and analytical IT Procurement & Spend Analysis Specialist to manage technology sourcing, vendor relationships, and cost optimization. In addition to core procurement and spend management, this role will also partner with Operations leaders to evaluate AI-driven digital tools for automation, analytics, and process efficiency .

The ideal candidate should be skilled at vendor negotiations, financial analysis, and procurement governance, while also being able to engage in technical discussions with AI / digital solution providers to support the call centers transformation journey. The role requires flexibility to work in the US Eastern Time shift to align with global stakeholders and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Vendor Management

• Lead the end-to-end procurement process for IT hardware, software, networking, and telecom solutions.
• Procure call center–specific technologies : desktops, laptops, headsets, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, and telephony equipment.
• Manage contracts, renewals, licenses, and AMCs for software and infrastructure.
• Build and maintain relationships with OEMs, distributors, and service providers.
• Engage with AI and automation vendors to evaluate solutions for call center efficiency (chatbots, workforce automation, speech / text analytics, RPA, AI-driven reporting).
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, warranties, and SLAs.
