Position Summary :
We are seeking a skilled and proactive PeopleSoft and SuccessFactors Administrator to support and enhance our HR systems environment. This role requires hands-on experience with PeopleSoft development tools, SQL Server, and SuccessFactors administration, including certificate management and integrations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of security permissions, benefits and payroll modules, and be capable of managing both simple and complex system configurations.
Key Responsibilities :
PeopleSoft Administration & Development
- Maintain and enhance PeopleSoft applications using SQR, Application Engine, and PeopleCode.
- Work with MSSQL Server, including SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) and SQL Manager.
- Understand and navigate PeopleSoft table structures for reporting and troubleshooting.
- Support and configure the Benefits module;
Payroll experience is aplus (client handles payroll internally).
Manage security rights and permissions, including reactivating users, opening new accounts, and configuring security trees.Add and manage menus and components in both simple and complex security structures.SuccessFactors Administration
Monitor and manage certificate expiration;download and install updated certificates.
Perform basic SuccessFactors administrative tasks, including user management and configuration updates.Support Boomi integrations and participate in new integration development.Assist with advanced scheduling and automation of SuccessFactors processes.Required Skills & Experience :
3+ years of experience with PeopleSoft development and administration.Proficiency in SQR, Application Engine, and SQL.Strong experience with SQL Server, including SSMS and SQL Manager.Familiarity with PeopleSoft Benefits and Payroll modules.Experience with SuccessFactors, including certificate management and basic admin tasks.Understanding of Boomi integration platform and scheduling tools.Knowledge of security configuration, including permissions, trees, and menu management.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with Boomi training or certification.Prior involvement in HRIS integrations and cross-platform data flows.Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Additional Information :
This role supports a client that manages its own payroll, so payroll configuration is not required but understanding is beneficial.
The position may involve occasional support for new integrations and system enhancements.
