Purpose: We are looking for an FP&A Executive to support the financial consolidation of Africa US and Middle East Cluster. The role involves preparing Management Information Systems (MIS) reports, overseeing month-end reporting, and providing essential support to the Central Finance team. As a key liaison between market finance teams and the central office, this position ensures seamless communication and timely delivery of all reporting requirements.
Key Responsibilities
FP&A Executive -
1. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
2. Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
3. Perform variance analysis on actual vs. budgeted figures.
4. Collaborate with different departments and Local finance team based out of Africa and Middle East to support financial decision-making.
5. Prepare reports for senior management on financial performance.
6. Support intercompany profit allocation in MIS to show true profitability.
7. Support in working capital tracking and keeping overall check at cluster level.
Qualification and Skills
8. B. Com/ M.com/ MBA
9. 4+ years of experience
10. Strong knowledge of Accounting
11. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
12. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
