Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Pune. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their real estate requirements. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, coordinating with internal teams for property-related processes, and ensuring client satisfaction at every stage of interaction. The role requires active engagement with clients, excellent problem-solving skills, and consistent follow-through to build long-term trust and rapport.

- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in customer service, negotiation, and client handling
- Knowledge of the real estate market and ability to conduct market analysis
- Time management, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Previous experience in real estate, sales, or customer relationship management is an advantage
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
