Program Manager

Roles and Responsibilities.

• 4–6 years managing software delivery in a product / SaaS environment with demonstrated technical depth.
• Strong Jira expertise (workflows, Automation, dashboards, JQL, Advanced Roadmaps) and Confluence for living documentation.
• Working knowledge of CI / CD (GitHub Actions / GitLab CI / Jenkins), Git workflows, feature flags, and containers.
• Strength in estimation, budgeting, monitoring, and delivery controls.
• Solid understanding of test automation and QA practices.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to facilitate design reviews, resolve conflicts, and drive decisions.
• Experience operating within ISO / CMMI processes (process documentation, internal audits, evidence collection).
• Proven experience leading cross‑functional teams via leads and engaging directly with external customers.
