Job description

Role : OpenText xECM Administrator

We are looking for a skilled OpenText xECM Administrator with 5 to 9 years of experience to support enterprise content management solutions, primarily for SAP environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in installation, configuration, and administration of OpenText xECM components and strong integration knowledge with SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities :

Install, configure, and administer OpenText xECM for SAP, Content Server, Archive Server, and OTDS (OpenText Directory Services).
Perform upgrades of OpenText xECM solutions, particularly from version 20.x to 24.x.
Deploy and manage OpenText components in containerized environments.
Administer and troubleshoot OpenText Content Server and Archive Server, including Brava

suite configuration for markup and redaction.

Develop and manage LiveReports and WebReports, including configuration, scheduling, and exporting reports to Excel via email.

Configure Smart UI interfaces tailored to specific user roles.

Design and implement metadata extraction processes using OCC / Enterprise Scan and manage category structures.

Integrate OpenText solutions with SAP ECC and SAP HANA using API-based integration.

Set up and manage SSO using OTDS, SAP-based document authorization, and business attachment handling.

Ensure performance, scalability, and security of the OpenText Qualifications :

Experience with insurance domain content management workflows is an added advantage.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
