Key Responsibilities

Recruitment and Onboarding : Managing the entire process from defining job requirements and writing job descriptions to interviewing selecting and onboarding new employees.

Compensation and Benefits : Administering and managing employee compensation including payroll and ensuring a competitive benefits package.

Policy and Compliance : Developing implementing and enforcing company HR policies and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Employee Relations : Fostering a positive workplace culture addressing employee concerns resolving workplace conflicts and handling disciplinary actions.

Training and Development : Identifying employee training needs and organizing programs to support their professional development and career growth.

Performance Management : Implementing performance appraisal systems to monitor and improve employee performance.

Record Keeping : Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records and documents.

Required Skills
