Our team is small but highly motivated, working on challenging projects with a focus on quality, ownership, and continuous learning. We are currently developing an offline-first cross-platform app for Windows, Mac, Android, and iOS, targeting desktop and mobile devices.

About the Role :

We are looking for a talented and proactive Figma / UI-UX Designer to create wireframes, design screens, and craft user experiences that are both functional and visually appealing. You will work closely with our Flutter development team and Python Django backend developer to translate requirements into intuitive designs and usable page flows. Your designs will directly influence the usability, navigation, and overall experience of our applications.

Key Responsibilities :

• Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs for desktop and mobile platforms.
• Design user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces in Figma.
• Develop usable page navigation flows and prototypes that can be directly implemented by the Flutter team.
• Collaborate closely with Flutter developers and backend developers to ensure designs are technically feasible.
• Understand project requirements and translate them into strong UI / UX solutions.
• Iterate designs based on feedback from the team and stakeholders.
• Ensure consistency in design language, layout, and branding across all screens.
• Stay updated on UI / UX trends, best practices, and tools.
