Job descriptionDefine the brand architecture (corporate, sub-brands, etc). Drive consumer insights, category research, and positioning for both domestic and export Build brand equity through design, storytelling, and digital engagement. Partner with R&D and Operations to define go-to-market strategy for new launches Lead product pricing, packaging, and channel differentiation (QSR, HoReCa, modern trade, Manage packaging artwork, KLD development, and compliance with FSSAI and export Collaborate with Sales Heads (Domestic & Export) to drive trade marketing programs and Build distributor engagement programs, POS visibility, and B2B campaign support. Implement category growth strategies for key accounts Develop a strong digital and content marketing strategy — website, social media, influencer Oversee corporate communication, press releases, investor-facing branding (post BSE Strengthen employer branding and CSR-related visibility. Define marketing KPIs and ROI measurement frameworks. Lead market intelligence and competitor benchmarking. Present monthly performance dashboards to the leadership team. MBA in Marketing / Brand Management from a Tier 1 or 2 institute. 15+ years of marketing leadership experience in FMCG / Food Manufacturing / QSR / Frozen Proven track record in brand building, new product launches, and digital-led marketing. Strong commercial acumen and experience working cross-functionally with sales, R&D, and Strategic and creative thinker with strong commercial orientation. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Data-driven and digitally savvy Proven ability to manage agencies, design partners, and internal creative teams Passion for food innovation and consumer engagement Brand Performance : Awareness, market share growth, brand equity score. Portfolio Launches : On-time GTM execution, sales target achievement post-launch Digital Marketing ROI : CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), engagement rate, lead conversion, Channel Impact : Sales uplift through trade programs, distributor satisfaction. 2. Role Overview
The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) will lead the marketing and brand strategy for Chatha Foods
portfolio. This includes B2B, private label, institutional, retail, and export markets, with a strong
focus on brand creation, portfolio premiumization, and digital presence. The CMO will be
responsible for positioning Chatha Foods as a trusted and innovative food manufacturing brand
across India and international markets.
