Testing Manger

Looking for a testing manager to lead team of highly skilled and qualified test engineers in High complex low volume PCBA and Sub system R&D industry in defence and aerospace sector.

• Good knowledge of all aspects of the Complex PCBAs, testing with BGAs, DDRs, Processors, ADCs QDRs.
• Good knowledge of Boards debugging with Complex PCBAs, testing with BGAs,DDRs, Processors, ADCs, QDRs.
• Good Hands on experience in handling high end test instruments like Oscilloscope, network analyser, function generator
• Very good knowledge in ESS, Qualification, EMI-EMC tests in defence and aerospace industry.
• Good knowledge of schematics and ability find the root cause for failure
• Basic knowledge of Boards and Embedded system design
• Experience in a wide variety of testing methodologies , techniques and tools
• People skills, especially diplomacy, initiation and encouraging and advocacy skills
• Good knowledge of test plan, test optimization
• Knowledge of the domain, system or application-under-test (desirable)
• Experience in SW / RTL programming or managing programming teams (desirable)
