Prorata is India’s first fractional car ownership platform, enabling individuals to co-own luxury cars by paying as little as 8.33% of the total cost. Our platform offers a no loan, no EMI, no down payment, and no rent policy, allowing co-owners to use the car for 30 days per year over a 5-year period. After 5 years, the car is resold and proceeds are distributed among co-owners according to their ownership percentage. Our app facilitates seamless reservation of the car and offers doorstep pickup and drop service for leisure and lifestyle needs.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Inside Sales Specialist, based in Gurugram with some work-from-home flexibility. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, customer acquisition, explaining the product and services and clarifying and doubt of the customers and maintaining customer satisfaction. Daily tasks will include making outbound calls, following up on leads, conducting virtual meetings with potential customers, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience.

Qualifications

  • Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
  • Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Experience in the automotive or luxury goods industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
