Job Summary :

We are hiring a Data Entry Executive to extract structured data from marine technical manuals and enter it into standardized Excel templates. The role requires high typing speed, accuracy, and attention to detail while handling technical content.

Key Responsibilities :

• Extract data from ship equipment manuals (PDFs / scanned documents).
• Enter component, job, and spare part details accurately into Excel templates.
• Maintain consistent formatting and terminology across all entries.
• Verify and review data for completeness and correctness.
• Coordinate with the engineering team for clarifications when needed.

Requirements :

• Good typing speed with a focus on accuracy.
• Proficiency in Excel and data entry tasks.
• Basic understanding of engineering or marine terminology is a plus.
• Ability to follow structured formats and templates.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry preferred.
