We are looking for an experienced Salesforce DevOps Engineer to design, build, and configure applications that align with business processes and organizational goals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full application lifecycle, implementing DevOps best practices, and ensuring smooth deployment, integration, and delivery pipelines.

This role requires strong leadership, collaboration, and technical expertise to drive automation, performance optimization, and innovation within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and configure Salesforce applications to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to understand technical needs and deliver scalable solutions.
• Lead and mentor the development team; make key technical and architectural decisions.
• Manage and monitor the end-to-end CI / CD process for Salesforce deployments.
• Identify and resolve deployment, integration, and version control issues efficiently.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to DevOps and security best practices.
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance overall team productivity and capability.
• Track project progress, ensuring timely and quality delivery of all application features.
• Stay updated with Salesforce DevOps trends, tools, and new releases.
