Job description

We are launching a state of the art 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗖𝗹𝘂𝗯 around 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗵𝗶 𝗡𝗖𝗥 very soon.

Looking for an experienced 𝗛𝗥 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 with minimum experience of 𝟰-𝟱 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 who can join us and lead our pre opening HR operations for this wellness initiative.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 :

Lead end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and retention.
Design and implement HR policies aligned with the wellness-driven culture of the organization.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and wellness-oriented workplace environment.
Manage payroll, compliance, and employee records with accuracy.

𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 & 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 :

Qualification - graduate in any field.

Proven experience as HR Manager or similar role (preferably in pre openings, wellness, healthcare, luxury, hospitality or hotels).

Strong knowledge of HR laws, compliance, and best practices.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Experience in scaling HR practices for a growing organization.
