Head of Operations

The ideal candidate shall be Mumbai based, demonstrate the ability to lead and handle entire construction operations from start to finish. A hands-on operator, should be able to create a plan of action with fixed timeline and evaluate risks. This individual should also have experience managing people and be an effective communicator.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee completion of project / s
• Develop plan of action including schedule, resources and work plan
• Assess risks and establish contingency plans
• Manage work and inputs from variety of stakeholders
• Co-ordinate with Design & Consulting Architect
• Co-ordinate with other project consultants like MEP, Structural etc
• Knowledge to materials, sourcing & contracts
• Project specific MIS
